Time for the announcement definitely has arrived. Since the release of the fourth part of the popular series has been more than three years, and while the fans continue to create mods for the PC version of GTA IV, this does not mean that many millions of fans happy with the current state of affairs. Tak-Two has repeatedly stated that they do not need each year to produce a new piece of Grand Theft Auto, the company made a profit. But hardly anyone thought that the break between full-fledged continuation of the series will be about four years.
